Hello! I’m Marie Claire, a Londoner since 2010, originally from the little Mediterranean island of Malta. I’ve travelled to over 40 countries across 6 continents and hope to continue discovering more of the world.
Why “travels et cetera“? Travel is one of my biggest passions but when I travel, I also seek other things I love, primarily: food, art and culture. I also believe that we can embrace the spirit of travel and discovery not only when visiting a new destination, but also much closer to home. And that probably explains why I take too many photos almost wherever I go!
In this blog, I look back on past travels and share stories and itineraries. Its main purpose is for me to put memories into writing, but I hope readers enjoy my musings and find useful info and some wanderlust inspiration!
